Hands and Feet begins with a simple invitation: Think of the skills and resources you have that could be used to help others, and consider making them available.
Friendships are formed and a genuine sense of accomplishment are both kindled as guys roll up their sleeves and work alongside one another to conquer tasks. Be it help with building a deck, a home renovation, financial management advice, moving, advice around physical health, computer fixing, legal advice, mechanical know-how, listening and visiting... we all have skills and resources we can offer one another!

When a need arises (be it your own or someone else) a call goes out to the men on the list. There is no obligation or pressure to respond, simply the invitation to
If you respond, you are given details, you show up, you help and hopefully deepen in friendships along the way.
Something to note is that helping may simply be connecting someone with a professional service you're aware of. If you are a professional and are willing to volunteer your skills, that's great, but not expected. You may simply be asked to provide advice or a referral.
