English language learners are invited to practice their English in a welcoming community at the weekly Conversation Café, held on Tuesdays from 9:00–10:15am on Zoom. Learners can connect with Marni to join, and native English speakers are also invited to volunteer as conversation partners.

Cook & Connect is a supportive group for single mothers parenting alone due to separation, divorce, or the death of a spouse, offering a safe space to heal, share, and build meaningful friendships with others who understand the journey. The group meets Tuesdays from 5:30–7:30pm at the church and includes childcare, a shared meal, guest speakers, and time to cook and connect together; contact Christine or register to learn more.

Ladies Refresh is a welcoming space for women of all ages and stages to gather, grow in faith, and encourage one another through authentic community, meaningful discussion, and time spent studying a thought-provoking book together, with the study changing periodically. Led by Trisha Lemke and held in the Flex Room at TCC, this group offers a place to be refreshed in God’s presence, deepen your faith, and build friendships with other women walking through life together.

Here Youth is a community for students in grades 7–12 at Terwillegar Community Church, offering an after-school drop-in from 3:00–7:00pm where students can do homework in a quiet space with tutors available or spend time with friends in designated hangout areas. Dinner is served around 5:30pm, and students are welcome to stop by anytime and be part of the community.

Here Youth is a community for students in grades 7–12 at Terwillegar Community Church where students gather to build friendships, grow in faith, and learn how to follow Jesus in everyday life. Throughout the school year, students meet on Wednesday nights from 7:00–9:00pm for worship, Bible teaching, small groups, and games, creating space for honest conversations about faith and growth.

Once a month, TCC men gather for a free 90-minute breakfast featuring a short talk connecting faith with everyday life and open table conversation to build real friendships. These gatherings offer food, encouragement, laughter, and a welcoming space for both newcomers and long-time attendees, with opportunities to help with set-up or clean-up.

White Cross is a Christian humanitarian organization providing medical supplies and relief goods to hospitals and health centres in West Africa, especially Cameroon and Nigeria. Join us on May 4, 2026, from 1:00–3:00pm to serve through practical tasks like measuring, cutting, or rolling fabric, and connect with a community working with purpose.

Girls’ Night is happening May 7 and invites women of all ages, including junior high and high school girls, for an evening of crafting, connection, and fellowship. Guests can paint a pot (to keep or gift for Mother’s Day) or simply come and bring their own craft to enjoy the night together. The cost is $10 per person to cover supplies, and registration is required by May 4 to help with planning.

On May 20, 2026, from 10:15am–12:45pm, a meal service team from TCC will head downtown to serve a meal at Hope Mission. Each day, Hope Mission serves thousands of hot meals, and our team will have the opportunity to help provide dinner for those who have nowhere else to turn. Spaces are limited and open to those 16 years of age or older—contact Marni at marni@tcchurch.ca for more information or to join the team.

Join us on May 23 from 9:00am - 3:15pm for a practical, engaging Saturday workshop designed to help you read the Bible with confidence as we explore Scripture’s big story and learn simple tools for understanding it well. Everyone is welcome—lunch is provided, cost is $10 (cash), and the event will take place in the Lobby/Fireside area, with registration open until May 17.

A Prayer and Worship Night at TCC is an evening set apart to focus intentionally on extended prayer and worship together as a church family. It takes place Sunday, May 24, 2026, beginning with a free pizza supper at 5:00pm, followed by a worship service at 5:45pm and concluding around 7:00pm. Children will have age-specific programming, including an indoor campfire experience for grades 1–6 and a pajama party or nursery care for younger kids.

Our Seniors Ministry is gathering in the TCC Sanctuary on May 28, 2026 from 1:00–3:00pm to lift our voices in worship together. Have a favourite hymn? Submit it to Marni!

The Women’s Breakfast Book Club is a group of women who gather once a month to enjoy an inspiring book and meaningful conversation. All women of TCC are welcome!

Men of TCC are invited to a full-equipment shinny night on May 30, 2026 at 6:00pm at the Booster Juice (Terwillegar) Rec Centre for $20. Bring your buddies, fill a squad, and get ready to play some puck.
